# III. Function Introduction

## 3.1 Community Governance Voting&#x20;

### 3.1.1 Voting Process&#x20;

1. Click on the "Connect Wallet" button and, upon successful connection, your wallet address will be displayed.

2. This section lists all the spaces where projects are listed. After selecting a specific space, click on it to browse the proposals.

* &#x20;If you can't find the desired space, you can perform a search.&#x20;
* If the search yields no results, you can proceed with creating a new space.
* After creating the space, it will take some time to establish.

3. Once you enter the selected space, you can view all the proposals within that space on the right-hand side.&#x20;

* Proposals marked as "Active" are currently in progress.&#x20;
* Proposals marked as "Closed" have already ended.&#x20;
* Proposals marked as "Pending" have been published but voting has not yet started.
* The "Calculating" status refers to the process of checking the validity of votes after the current proposal has closed.

4. &#x20;Choose the proposal you wish to participate in.&#x20;

* Click on it to view the details of the proposal.&#x20;
* You can participate in proposals that are marked as "active."

5. Upon entering the proposal details, you can follow these basic steps

* Browse the contents of the proposal.
* Check the current vote count.
* Ensure that you have voting rights for this proposal.
* Based on your personal perspective, choose the appropriate option.
* Submit your option.

6. After submitting your selection, you will be able to view the option you chose and the current progress of the vote on the page.

* Until the proposal ends, you have the flexibility to change your option at any tim
* Once the proposal is concluded, you will no longer be able to modify your option; you can only view the results.

### 3.1.2 Obtaining and Utilizing Votes

* Upon entering the voting page, you will notice the display of your voting power below, accompanied by a snapshot description of the voting process on the right side.

* The number of votes is directly linked to the number of tokens you hold.

* The number of votes is calculated based on the number of tokens held by the block at the time the vote was initiated (the exact display of the block height will be updated in a later version).

* If your number of votes is 0, it signifies that you do not have the privilege to participate in the voting process.

## 3.2 Proposal Creation

### 3.2.1 How to Create a Proposal

1. Prerequisite: You have already joined the relevant space.

* Check if you are listed as "joined." If not, click on the "join" button to join the space.
* Once inside the space, you will also find a "join" button available.

2. Click on the selected space you want to enter.&#x20;

* If you haven't joined the organization, the "Create Proposal" button will be disabled. Click on "Join First" to join the organization.&#x20;
* After joining, the "New Proposal" button will become clickable.

3. Once you have joined the space, you can proceed with creating a proposal.&#x20;

* Select "New Proposals" to navigate to the proposal creation page.
* Please note that proposals cannot be initiated without the relevant tokens for the space

4. On the proposal creation page, you will need to provide the following information:

* Title
* Proposal content
* Add image (optional)
* Start time and End time (UTC)
* Option editing, allowing you to customize the option descriptions
* Currently, the only available option for eligible voters is the default "Token Holders" option.

5. After completing the information, review your proposal and click on the "Preview" button to view the final layout.&#x20;

* In preview mode, you can click on "Edit" to make further changes.&#x20;
* Please note that any modifications to the content can only be made by returning to the editing mode.
* During the review process, you have the option to directly edit the content if necessary. However, once you enter the browsing mode, you will need to return to the editing mode to make any modifications.

### 3.2.2 Proposal Publication

1. Once you have reviewed and confirmed the accuracy of the information, click on the "Release" button to publish your proposal. Upon submission, the proposal will be successfully published.

* After publication, if the proposal has not yet started, you have the option to delete it.
* Once the proposal has commenced, deletion is no longer possible.
* After publication, you can utilize the sharing feature to distribute the proposal among interested parties. This allows for easy dissemination and engagement with the proposal.

## 3.3 Management and Tracking of Proposals&#x20;

### 3.3.1 Proposal Tracking and Management&#x20;

1. &#x20;Clicking on the address will display the following options:&#x20;

* Create Space
* Disconnected
* My Information

2. &#x20;Click the "Joined Space" button to see the information about the spaces you have joined, where the following information can be viewed:&#x20;

* Name of the joined spaces
* Number of members in each space&#x20;
* Clicking on any space will take the user to the voting page of that particular space.

3. &#x20;On the "All Proposals" page, the following information is available for viewing:&#x20;

* Viewing proposals from all spaces
* Ability to search for specific proposals
* Filtering proposals based on my participation, number of voters, and creation time.

### 3.3.2 Proposal Execution and Result Feedback:

1. Once a proposal is approved, it is the responsibility of the proposer to execute the proposal's content.&#x20;
2. The results and feedback will be inscribed on the blockchain, ensuring transparency and immutability.
